Terms of use
a) The User shall not use any Hay Hospitality Inc. (MastodonRidge.com) service for spamming of any kind, including and not limited to:
1) Posting articles containing binary encoded data to any part of Hay Hospitality Inc. (Mastodonridge.com) interactive services.
2) Excessive and repeated off-topic messages to any of Hay Hospitality Inc. (Mastodonridge.com) interactive services.
3) Excessive and repeated cross posting of information to any of Hay Hospitality Inc. (Mastodonridge.com) Interactive Services.
4) Harassment of another person or persons with Hay Hospitality Inc. (Mastodonridge.com) services.
5) Attempting to contact or communicate with age-inappropriate content to anyone under the age of 18.

Modification:

Action Limited:
The User and Hay Hospitality Inc. (Mastodonridge.com) agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to this service must commence within (1) one year after the cause of action arose, otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nova Scotia and Canada.
